Stayed there for 4 nights. If you don't have a car, this is probably a good choice. Restaurants and bars are within walking distance. Right across the street from the sea, with lots of bar options. Breakfast is good. I am not very picky with breakfast items, I read a few people saying breakfast is poor, but honestly, I like the variety. Different types of breads, cakes, juices (I specifically liked the juice options), scrambled eggs, cereals, and tapioca upon request. Cleaning is good. Major problem to me are the doors noises. Crazy because I read quite a few people complaining about it but I guess I didn't believe the problem was so aggravated. Banging doors did really bother me at night!! Think about it before making a reservation. It can ruin your nights of sleep. There is no pool but that didn't make much of a difference to me. Overall, good pricing.

“A good hotel, great location, fair price”

Stayed 2 nights with my husband and teenage daughter on the back from the "Lençóis Maranhenses" park. The best thing is the location: right on Calhau beach, with plenty of restaurants to choose from, fine white sand, clean, safe. The best thing is the location: right on Calhau beach, with plenty of restaurants to choose from, fine white sand, clean, safe. The room was large, with two queen size beds, very clean, great breakfast with typical baked goods. Even from our side-facing room we could still see the ocean, what a sunrise! The staff doesn't know much english but everybody is eager to help foreigners. Great value for your money!

“Great location, questionable service.”

This hotel has a great location, right across the street from the beach. The free breakfast was passable, and the room was a generous size. I still had two complaints. 1) In the bathroom, there was a constant drip right above the toilet. Where could the water be coming from? The toilet above! Disgu… lisää

This hotel has a great location, right across the street from the beach. The free breakfast was passable, and the room was a generous size. I still had two complaints. 1) In the bathroom, there was a constant drip right above the toilet. Where could the water be coming from? The toilet above! Disgusting! 2) when I checked in, I was led to a room, got unpacked and comfortable. Later in the afternoon, I went downstairs and was told that I had been put in the wrong room, so I had to go back up then and there and move all my scattered belongings. Poor service. In addition, the WiFi was spotty.
