“Thank you Renata for making our stay so great”
Villas de Trancoso is just simply an outstanding place to stay. The staff is great. Our many thanks to Renata who is totally fluent in English. Villas de Trancoso is just simply an outstanding place to stay. The staff is great. Our many thanks to Renata who is totally fluent in English. She was so helpful to us on suggesting places to go like Praia das Tartarugas, and restaurants particularly Bonittas in the Quadrado for dinner. The food and service at the on premise restaurant was also very good. Trrancoso is one of the most unique places in the world. If you decide to go, stay at Villas de Trancoso. Also, you don't need to rent a car. The local taxis are great and inexpensive.

“A week in Paradise”
Excelent from the moment you arrive! They are waiting for you with fresh cocos. The one bedroom villa perfect for a couple. The most beautiful garden, manicured to perfection and an amazing beach. The food the service both excellent and a special thanks to Maria for all the recommendations

“Absolutely superb!”
My husband and I traveled here with our daughters, ages 8 and 3, for some mellowing out after busier legs of our trip in Rio and Salvador. This place is out of the way but absolutely worth it. My husband and I traveled here with our daughters, ages 8 and 3, for some mellowing out after busier legs of our trip in Rio and Salvador. This place is out of the way but absolutely worth it. The beach is stunning, amazingly uncrowded, and swimmable, and the resort maintains an impeccable setup of beach chairs/toys and food service. The resort is flawlessly run: it doesn't have huge capacity so it doesn't feel crowded, the restaurant (especially buffet breakfast) is lovely. Most of all, the team of folks who manage and care for this resort are so friendly and helpful, including with recommendations and assistance for things to do in Trancoso, a ridiculously charming little beach town. We were especially grateful to Gabi, Lainhe, Renata, Tom, Luis, Aquile (probably spelling that wrong) and many others. They were so attentive and thoughtful, they did things like remember our (picky) children's food preferences from one day to the next, and pack us a little picnic when we decided to take a longer walk down the beach. Our accommodations were also just right - a 2-bedroom villa with both a queen and twin bed in the kids' room, plus a porch with ample seating and two hammocks! This place is a true gem - would love to return here some day, and could not recommend it more highly!

“Understated luxury in a divine location”
Wonderful 5 day stay - absolutely first class boutique hotel in beautiful gardens - friendly and helpful staff, excellent food and service and an idyllic location on unspoilt beach. We felt more like guests in a family home - nothing was too much trouble for the team.

The welcoming is exceptional, and the team is so friendly, accurate and delicate, the location is clean, curated and the food is absolutely amazing. From the Nature, to the beach, from the houses, to the service the hotel is better than being home. All you need will arrive to you with a big smile. I suggest if you wanna have a chill and relaxing time to regenerate yourself, wit massage and taking care of yourself time. I will put on my top 5 experience and come back for sure.
