Natal is a wonderful city, and the Littoral Maximum Flat is a great location in Ponta Negra. It's the closet tall building to the sea with unobstructed views of the sea. It's a short 3 block walk to the beach, and easy walking distance to numerous restaurants, bakery, pharmacy, rental car, super market, etc. The bus runs in front of the building, and they also have underground and covered parking. The staff was very accommodating, and the front desk is always manned. I do recommend.

“Spacious apartment close to Ponta Negra”

Within few minutes walk from Ponta Negra beach, Littoral was a nice place to stay during the World Cup. The apartment was spacious and clean with good air condition. Unfortunately there was no hot water in the shower at times. The breakfast was nice with quite many options. The hotel staff was frie… lisää

Within few minutes walk from Ponta Negra beach, Littoral was a nice place to stay during the World Cup. The apartment was spacious and clean with good air condition. Unfortunately there was no hot water in the shower at times. The breakfast was nice with quite many options. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, though no one could speak English. Wi-Fi at the apartment was slow and intermittent but wired connection for laptop worked very reliably.

Hotel is conveniently located within 5 mins walk from Ponta Negra beach strip where majority of Natal's restaurants and bars are located. Safe area to walk around in the night time too. Rooms are big and some even have two bedrooms + kitchenette. Stayed there during World Cup. Staff was friendly an… lisää

Hotel is conveniently located within 5 mins walk from Ponta Negra beach strip where majority of Natal's restaurants and bars are located. Safe area to walk around in the night time too. Rooms are big and some even have two bedrooms + kitchenette. Stayed there during World Cup. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast good and many things to choose from. Downside could be lack of restaurant or bar at the hotel but there are many of them within few minutes walk so not any major issue. Pool area is nice as well. WIFI was not working very fast wireless but with cable to laptop worked perfectly.

The only weak points are the wifi, loud AC, no window (or appropriate ventilation system ) in one bathroom and breakfast. Everything else is cool. It's well located, near the exit to RN's South beaches, like Pipa and Cumurupim, and Ponta Negra. Nice staff, always willing to help. The room is clean,… lisää
