“Customer service review”
Novotel provides exceptional professionalism and outstanding customer service. The staff, particularly those assisting with food and at the bar, are remarkable. I highly recommend visiting Novotel for an excellent experience in hospitality and accommodation.

“My Favorite Hotel in Manaus”
Thos is my favorite Hotel in Manaus,the service is excellent everybody are so nice, Front Desk,Restaurant and House Keeping well training staff.I want to mention in the Bar, Alexandra she's doing a Fantastic job; Front Desk, Maria Vitoria she's so nice. Thank Mr. Cristian for be in all the details… lisää

“A very warm welcome”
Even though we arrived at the Novotel Manaus after 2 hours in the morning, we had a very warm welcome. Our rooms were already ready and we could move into them immediately. Even though we arrived at the Novotel Manaus after 2 hours in the morning, we had a very warm welcome. Our rooms were already ready and we could move into them immediately. The rooms are large enough, but very simply furnished and a bit shabby. The breakfast tasted excellent and there was a relatively large selection. Although the Novotel Manaus is located in the industrial district, there is a very nice garden and a small swimming pool. Great price-performance ratio!

“Relax and unwind. Great value for money”
A great place with a tropical feel to relax and unwind after exploring the jungle around Manaus. Friendly staff, great buffet breakfast, a nice swimming pool, and gardens all around. And relatively cheap on top of this. Some 30 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes To the center.

“Acceptable level of quality, but don’t have high expectations”
We booked this hotel for 1 night on our way to the jungle lodge, then again on the way before we flew out of Manaus airport. We booked this hotel for 1 night on our way to the jungle lodge, then again on the way before we flew out of Manaus airport. PROs - Staff tries to be as helpful as possible in the front desk, during the day they have great English speakers, less so at night - the airlines lost out luggage and the hotel staff were knowledgeable on this and communicated with us about updates - Taxis are right out front and easy and safe when you need to somewhere, uber also shows up right at the front - Overall the place is very clean and things are in order - ATM in the lobby is very convenient and safe option - Pool although we didn’t use it, seems to be clean and kept in order Areas to improve - Rooms can be a bit cramped, we wanted a room for 3 ppl and they put in a room with 1 queen + 2 x single beds. Seems like they could do with 1 less single bed and just reallocate that space to put your stuff. We ended up using the spare bed for storage - Internet is very spotty outside of the main lobby area. Although you get signal in the rooms we could not get it work during our 2nd stay outside of the lobby - Breakfast is OK - they have a descent spread, but didn’t find it amazing compared to other breakfast buffets - Meals (e.g. Lunch) is also very much OK and nothing to write home about. Wait staff does not speak good English or doesn’t listen well. We even used a translator to explain our needs, yet they still got the orders wrong - We stayed on the 2nd floor (Same as main lobby) and there was a club or something with booming music all night long. Not sure it has to do with the hotel but beware
