“Good hotel, good value for money in a great location”

We stayed here the night before and the night after our Amazon tour. The rooms were well equipped and comfortable. The location is good and only a few minutes walk to the square where the opera house, bars and restaurants are located. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was adequate.

Hotel is in a. Condo complex. Some rooms were occupied by non guests/ residents? Not sure. I thought the check in was a bit confusing as I was sent to rooms whose doors could not be open twice at 1:30 am. Some lifts also did not work for my floor. I thought the check in was a bit confusing as I was sent to rooms whose doors could not be open twice at 1:30 am. Some lifts also did not work for my floor. One lift door slammed shut so loudly every time it must be quite a startle for the units next to it. Other than this rocky start and minor issues, the rooms were actually quite spacious and nice. The air conditioning also worked well. Wifi was also good. Breakfast was a spread every morning though more or less the same. There’s a small pool and also a gym. Staff were friendly and spoke perfect English. Would recommend.

“Visited again, good hotel for its price”

This time I made last minute booking for 2 people and received smaller room than before, with smaller bathroom and no balcony. Paradoxically, the smaller room turned out to be more comfortable than the larger one, because there was space for suitcases. Cleanliness ok. Beds comfortable, although … lisää

This time I made last minute booking for 2 people and received smaller room than before, with smaller bathroom and no balcony. Paradoxically, the smaller room turned out to be more comfortable than the larger one, because there was space for suitcases. Cleanliness ok. Beds comfortable, although the sheets were too small and did not cover the mattresses completely. The rest was same as during my previous visit.

Good hotel for this price . I booked for 2 people, and we got a 3-person room with a large bathroom and a balcony. Cleanliness ok. Good hotel for this price . I booked for 2 people, and we got a 3-person room with a large bathroom and a balcony. Cleanliness ok. Beds comfortable, although the sheets were too small and did not cover the mattresses completely. Air conditioning ok. No possibility to make coffee, tea, no welcomeing free bottle of water. Breakfast included, continental buffet. However, a few products were missing, the juices were of poor quality, and making toast was a miracle. Outside there is an outdoor swimming pool, a small gym and a sauna. The sauna smelled bad - later I found out that the saunas in Manaus have such a smell because of the wood used. The pool is unserviced. There were literally 4 sunbeds next to it, and the rest have to make do with chairs. In the corridors and common areas, the air conditioning seems to work to the max and it's cold, and then you enter the very old elevator, where there is no air conditioning - it's easy to catch a cold. For a hotel with a swimming pool in the city center - nice! However, the details mentioned above make me rate it a 4, not a 5. I recommend for ahort stay, but not for long holiday
