“Great location! Silvia at the reception desk is awesome!”
The location is great, rooms are spacious and clean and the staff is friendly. The best thing about the hotel though was Silvia at the reception desk. The location is great, rooms are spacious and clean and the staff is friendly. The best thing about the hotel though was Silvia at the reception desk. She warmly welcomed us, quickly sorted out some issues with my reservation and more importantly, was a superb concierge as well. She answered all our questions patiently about what to do in and around Manaus, recommended different tours to explore the Amazon rainforest and in general was super helpful and patient with all my questions. Thank you Silvia for making our Manaus trip rich and enjoyable!

“Safe and clean hotel”
We have stayed in this hotel for 2 nights before and after our trip to the Amazon. The hotel is safe, clean and there is a huge shopping mall just 10 min by car from here. Breakfast is quite simple but we did not really care since we stayed for a short period.

“Comfortable stay”
We stayed here two nights. They even kept our bags for us as we traveled on our tour to Amazon. We had three beds. Breakfast was tasty lot of local dishes. We enjoyed the cassava pancake. There were alot of hot options as well. Delicious desserts. The hotel definitely needs a refurbishment. Staff was nice and helpful. There is a convenience store in the hotel. The AC could have been better it was not rotating it got really warm.
