Nice modern hotel in Adianopolis section of Manaus -- 10 minute walk to Manauara Mall (the area's largest) and 3 miles from the Historic Centro area. Newer hotel with free breakfast, free wifi, room safe and minifridge. Nothing opulent but large, clean room with king bed. Rooftop pool, bar and restaurant on site. Not much to see in the area, but Manauara Mall is short walk away -- sidewalk is in bad condition and there is a steep hill -- but otherwise manageable and safe.

“Reasonable city hotel”

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. We had a large room with a big bed, fridge, aircon, and a bathroom with shower. We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. We had a large room with a big bed, fridge, aircon, and a bathroom with shower. The room was clean except there was a strange arrangement with the windows in that the window frames did not line up with the windowsill. The glass under the frame was only visible when seated and was dirty. Breakfast was good, a large buffet selection. The hotel is located on a busy city road away from the centre of Manaus, if you want to see the tourist sites you need to get a taxi. However, there is a big supermarket and shopping centre nearby. The shopping centre has a large food court in the basement. The rooftop pool was very small, but I guess that this is not unusual for a city hotel.

“3 star property that is super clean”

This is a typical 3 star property that is VERY clean. Previous reviews about English are not accurate, at least anymore. The front desk personnel speak English. Breakfast was plentiful and very good. It’s located in a nice part of town near the mall. Dinner was just served ok.

The hotel offers decent rooms, but not anything special. Sort of the bare minimum for a 3-star hotel. However, NO ONE at the front desk or the bar or the restaurant spoke English. That's usually not a problem but when we checked out the next morning they had a restaurant charge that was not ours… lisää

That's usually not a problem but when we checked out the next morning they had a restaurant charge that was not ours, and we had a miserable time trying to close out our bill. Ate at the restaurant but paid cash, so the charge was not ours. They also had a wrong name on the room. Don't know how it all got screwed up so bad but it was almost impossible for us to work it out without speaking Portuguese. Our other complaint was that we listened to a dog bark ALL night long. There were homes next door to the hotel, and even though we were on the 4th floor the dog was impossible to block out.
