“Wonderful visit”
Booked online and very efficient and a welcome introduction to the wonderful city, owners are very pleasant and helpful, room was lovely, quiet and being adults only was a big, big bonus and plentiful tea and coffee downstairs to take to your room, vending machine a good touch too. Booked online and very efficient and a welcome introduction to the wonderful city, owners are very pleasant and helpful, room was lovely, quiet and being adults only was a big, big bonus and plentiful tea and coffee downstairs to take to your room, vending machine a good touch too. Location is excellent, numerous car parks around to choose from. We really enjoyed our stay and would thoroughly recommend and we will absolutely return!

“A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE”

Last December, me and my sister visited Bruges and stayed at the Biskajer hotel, of which we have the worse memories because of the staff’s behavior .The last morning , during breakfast , I answered to an urgent call from Athens (Greece). While trying to talk, I had to listen to the hotel’s employee strict remarks and demanding to hang up or to go out. Just because I didn’t act quickly, he started taking away my dishes with my breakfast and cups! I run out of the room irritated so as to express my objections at the reception desk. At the same time the other employee got up to our room and threw our luggage into the corridor (scattering clothes ,cosmetics , purchases on the dirty rug ) and he prevented us from gathering our personal belongings and medicine , from the bathroom . He was like a crazy man, ready to attack to unescorted women. At the same point the other one was threating to call the police if we hadn’t left in 5 minutes (we had the right to stay for at least two hours) To make the story short, we found ourselves out in the rain with had full of different things and wondering how can cause such a violent behavior, something so simple like a telephone call !!!!!
