Olen asunut tässä hotellissa viikon ajan työmatkalla ja voin sanoa, että huoneen koko oli huomattavasti suurempi kuin monet muut olin ennen. Kokonaisvierailu oli varsin mukavaa, valitukseni olivat vain siitä, että huoneessa ei ollut tilaa (vaikka huoneessa on myös keittotila) ja että huoneen näkymä… lisää

I was in Fertilia hotel in 2009, i stayed there about 2 months working with my team on a tv program for Middle East.It was a nice stay, it s located in Downtown, 5 mns from Florida street, there is many restaurants around and many shops, the staff were lovely and professional, the breakfast wasn't superb, too little,and not tasty, the rooms are big and spacious, but this hotel has a good energy, try it!

“Large space”

Very reasonable pricing, large rooms, equipped with kitchenette, all rooms have balconies wich is good for smokers. Air conditionner works properly, staff is ready to help. There is though no food service and you can't buy anything at the reception.

It''s located in down town near florida st and principals Av. , there aré Many restaurants all arround.. The apartement ir's clean and confortable.the attention it 's very good and friendly. The relation between price and confort it's ok
